If we want to affect change – we must seek to understand first and foremost. We must come into meaningful, authentic relationships with ourselves and with others.

’No Change Without Understanding’ began with our Indigenous programs connecting Indigenous and non-Indigenous people to each other, Culture, Country, history and traditional practices. It has since evolved to be recognised by Life Again as the Foundation’s guiding principle; when delivering all preventative mental health initiatives.
