WHO IS LIFE AGAIN
Life Again is a registered foundation, not-for-profit with tax deductible DGR status.
Founded in 2012 by Gareth Andrews (writer, businessman, former VFL premiership player and Geelong FC Vice President), Life Again rises to deliver sustained Positive Mental Health outcomes for men and support organisations to create and sustain Mentally Healthy Workplaces.
Life Again is about Prevention and achieving Positive Mental Health outcomes for both individuals and major corporations through the delivery of innovative programs based on a Positive Psychology model.
Through evidence-based strategies designed to facilitate positive change, our programs provide men the knowledge and the tools to take positive action in their professional and personal lives. Actions proven to prevent mental illness and provide men with the tools they need to navigate challenges when difficulties arise.
We invite men to take a step back to ask themselves “How am I feeling today? Am I doing okay?”
